Common in-office treatments

These procedures are performed right in our office — no hospital or surgery center needed.

First visit

$450

Hemorrhoid band ligation

A quick, effective treatment for internal hemorrhoids. Performed in-office with no anesthesia required.

Subsequent visits

A painless, non-invasive assessment of liver scarring and fatty liver disease. Results available immediately.

Endoscopy Bundles

One price. Everything included.

Our endoscopy bundles are designed to eliminate the billing confusion that comes with traditional insurance-based procedures. One upfront price covers your physician, anesthesia, the procedure room, recovery, and pathology — no separate facility fee, no surprise anesthesia bill.

Colonoscopy

$1,400

Colon cancer screening and polyp detection.

Upper endoscopy (EGD)

$1,400

Evaluation of the esophagus, stomach, and upper GI tract.

Best value

Combined EGD + colonoscopy

Both procedures on the same day — saves $800 compared with scheduling them separately.

EGD + food allergy testing

$2,000

EGD with Cell Tolerance endoscopic food allergy testing.

Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)

$2,000

Includes fine needle aspiration/biopsy (FNA/FNB) when needed.

Every bundle includes

  • GI physician professional fee
  • Anesthesia / MAC (monitored anesthesia care)
  • Procedure room and all supplies
  • No separate facility fee
  • Recovery monitoring and discharge
  • All pathology for routine biopsies and polyps
  • Standard polyp removal when indicated
  • Procedure report and discharge instructions

Not included (quoted separately if needed)

  • Stricture dilation or stent placement
  • ERCP or complex hemostasis
  • ER or hospital transfer (if complications occur)

If anything outside the bundle becomes clinically necessary, we will discuss it with you and provide pricing in advance whenever possible — before proceeding.

How It Works

Simple. Upfront. No surprises.

Our self-pay program is designed to be as easy as possible.

1

Choose your service

Select your visit or procedure from this page. Low-risk patients can book procedures directly — no consultation required first.

2

Pay upfront

Office visits are paid at check-in. Procedures are paid in full before the procedure date. We do not bill your insurance for self-pay services.

3

Get your care

Come in, receive exceptional care, and leave knowing your bill is already settled. An itemized receipt (superbill) is available on request if you want to seek reimbursement from your insurance on your own.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
  • Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

Self-pay prices are current as of October 2026 and are subject to change. Prices apply to the services described on this page; your exact estimate will be confirmed in writing before your service.

Self-Pay FAQs

Do you bill my insurance if I choose self-pay?

No. Self-pay pricing requires payment upfront, and we do not submit insurance claims for self-pay services.

Can I submit my receipt to my insurance myself?

Yes. We can provide an itemized receipt (superbill) on request. Whether you are reimbursed depends on your specific insurance plan.

Are anesthesia and pathology really included?

Yes. Anesthesia/MAC and pathology for routine biopsies and polyps are included in every endoscopy bundle, with no separate facility fee.

Do I need a consultation before my procedure?

Low-risk patients can book a procedure directly without a consultation. Higher-risk patients need a pre-procedure consult ($150), which can be done in person or virtually.

What if I need something more complex than a routine procedure?

Advanced procedures may involve additional charges. We will discuss them with you and provide pricing in advance whenever possible.
